About Me

I am a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Computing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

I received my Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computing at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where I was supervised by Dr. Bin Xiao. I obtained my B.Eng. degree from the School of Information Science and Engineering at Southeast University.

Research Interests

I have broad interests in blockchain security, with current focus on the following 2 areas:

• Smart Contract Security: transaction analysis, malware detection, vulnerability detection
• Decentralized Identity: identity management, privacy protection, access control

• [PhD Position] We have several positions for Ph.D. candidates (monthly salary ~$18,890) in smart contract and decentralized identity, co-supervised with Prof. Bin Xiao. For applicants, you should obtain a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, have strong background in blockchain and program analysis. Prior experience with smart contracts and decentralized identity systems is highly desirable.
• [Research Assistant Position] We also have several openings for research assistants (monthly salary ~$13,500) in smart contract and zero-knowledge proof application. For applicants, you should have background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, be familar with smart contract and program analysis techniques.
